What Linger is

Linger is a quiet place to keep the thoughts worth keeping — and to have them glimmer back to you over time. It's a CrafTek product, currently in an early stage (a waitlist and an evolving app).

Your thoughts are yours

• You keep full ownership of everything you put into Linger. We claim no ownership of your content.
• You grant us only the limited permission needed to store your thoughts and show them back to you — nothing more. We don't sell them and we don't use private content for advertising.
• You're responsible for what you put in, and for having the right to put it there.

Using Linger fairly

Please don't:

• break the law, or use Linger to harm others;
• try to access other people's data, or break the security of the service;
• abuse the service with automated or bulk activity, or attempt to disrupt it.

An early product

Linger is young and still taking shape. It's provided “as is.” Features may change, pause, or move as we build, and we can't promise the service will always be available or error-free. Please keep your own copy of anything you'd truly hate to lose.

Privacy

How we handle data is described in our Privacy page. The short version: private by design, your thoughts are yours alone.

Ending things

You can stop using Linger and unsubscribe at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken or to protect the service and its people.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, Linger is provided without warranties, and CrafTek isn't liable for indirect or incidental losses arising from using (or being unable to use) the service. Nothing here limits rights that can't be limited by law.

Changes

We may update these terms as Linger grows. Continuing to use Linger means you accept the current version.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Romania, and any disputes fall under the competent courts of Bucharest, Romania. Linger is operated by CrafTek, based in Bucharest, Romania.
